BACK HANDSPRING (BHS)
5:00-5:50 PM
This class focuses on standing back handsprings and connecting skills like round-off back handspring. Athletes will work on drills to build strength, technique, and consistency in both standing and running tumbling.
INTRO TO CHEER
6:00- 6:50 PM
This class is perfect for beginners and new athletes! Designed to teach cheerleading fundamentals, athletes will learn motions, jump technique, basic stunting, and teamwork in a fun and supportive environment.
ADVANCE BHS
7:00-7:50 PM
This class is for athletes who have a strong round-off back handspring back handspring with no spot. Athletes will focus on proper technique, power, and control to safely progress into back tucks in running tumbling passes.
STANDING TUCKS
8:00-8:50 PM
This class is focused on developing a strong, technically correct standing tuck. Athletes will work on drills for power, body control, and technique to safely and consistently execute standing tucks.

Perfect for beginner tumblers, this class focuses on flexibility, strength, and technique needed to master a back walkover. Athletes will work on progressions to build confidence and control through each phase of the skill.
